What we collect
Only what you choose to send us when you reach us by phone or email, for example: name, contact details, requested vehicle, dates and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our host technically processes your IP address to display pages and protect the site. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. We do, however, measure site traffic and performance with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool: it counts pages viewed, the referring page, device and browser type and load time, without identifying you or tracking you across sites.
Why
Only to answer your request, check availability, send you a price and prepare the rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent. Your IP address is used only to display and secure the site; audience-measurement data is used only to produce aggregate traffic and performance statistics.
Who has access
Our team, and our providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and audience measurement) and MXroute (hosting of our mailbox, which receives and stores the emails you send us). These providers process information outside Québec, including in the United States.
Retention
An email or message that does not lead to a rental is deleted no later than 12 months after receipt. If you rent a vehicle, your file is kept for the period required by tax law and the applicable limitation period, then destroyed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the person in charge above. We reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Security
Access restricted to our team, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) on the site, and deletion of messages at the end of the retention period.
